Summary

It is important to note that, in no case, does any Oath apply to Corporate Entities (aka Legal Fiction Persons/STRAWMEN). Thus no Corporation can claim any protection under these Oaths of Office. The only point of contention being: What is law? And that can only be answered by:

  1. When these Oaths were introduced, no Parliament, and hence no Statutes, were in existence;
  2. They only refer to people, not to 'persons', and thus exclude any reference to Legal Fictions aka STRAWMEN/Corporate Entities, etc.

For these reasons the inevitable answer to What is Law? can only be the Common Law aka the Law-of-the-Land.
