HI folks

i have been getting some letters ready for batting out to those unfriendly corporations; now looking at one of those letters i have had to do a double take.

they have addressed me by my fiction yes, but only using caps within the context of standard grammar, i.e Mr J Doe.

now how the hell am i supposed to send a rebuttal asking them for proof of claim that i am not the person when in the happy times this is how they address me.

ok, i know Mr is a dead (excuse the pun) give away, however, does this mean that in my rebuttal i still use the name exactly as they have addressed the letter, hmmm, or do i do their work for them and change it to all CAPS.

keeping this in mind am i not thererfore telling them that the illusionary money in the account i access form time to time is no longer mine to access.

Well..

Mr is a Legal Fiction, a social standing within a society, So ask for Proof of Claim that you are a) Mr is anything other than a legal fiction, b) that you are part of a society and c) what the name of that society is
