past ID with our photo

hi all.

in the past when I didn't know the system,I've made some ID with my face on it,so I made a joint between PERSON and Me.
I'm going to send my Notice(next Monday),I'm going to claim that I've nothing to do with My PERSON.but they have some my PERSON ID with my face on it,and they could tell me:"see?he is YOU??".How can I defeat this?I was thinking about putting a note into Notice that tell them that I disclaim any past ID because I was deceived and I didn't understand the whole system..
what do you think?

Past deception might work as a reason.

The fact that you were deceived in the past is the key to everything.

That's one of the basic claims we all have ... all the time ... for everything.

A basic part of "Contracting" is that you display FULL KNOWLEDGE of what you are getting in to.

And one of the basic Rules is ... that it should be written in plain English ... or plain Italian, in your case, Sandro.

So ... whatever Agreement you may have signed (without reading the small print as most of us don't) is NULL & VOID if the precise definitions of all important words DOES NOT EXACTLY MATCH THE ENGLISH OR ITALIAN equivalent.

And, if the case IS that there is a precise match ... then there was no need to define them for the purposes of the Agreement ... any more than it is necessary to define the meanings of punctuation or other words such as "the", "it", "tomato", "pizza", etc.

The only reason for RE-defining these words is to turn them into something they were never intended to represent.

That's DECEPTION. Pure & simple. BY DEFINITION.

so if I get well,any previous contracts/documents are NULL because my signature isn't equal like the name written on them and because their wasn't clear,isn't? so I can tell them:sorry,I'm not me,or something like that

next Monday (18th May)I'm gonna send my Notice to Minister of Interior ,then I'll let you know:it's all new here in Italy,I'm very exited

Yes Sandro: of the family Sabene ... whichever way you look at it .. you've been deceived.

Deceived, primarily, that YOUR CONSENT was needed for EVERYTHING ... unless you harmed someone else ... in any way.

Deceived that EVERYTHING YOUR GOVERNMENT DOES, AND HAS DONE ... YOU ARE -NOT- BOUND BY (in Law). And neither are the rest of your fellow Countrymen.

Right now I have to go and take my Italian friend to hospital. I might suggest putting you in touch with her daughter in Torino. Maybe that might start the Italian Chapter? Who knows. She may not agree.

basicly my thinking behind making my own ID card is, that should a policyman or other person try and enforce a statute upon me... i can produce some form of ID......... that without entering into contract or dishonour(should they see it like that) by refusing to give my 'fictional name' or any ID, i can produce 'my' id card which will state i am the Agent for said fictional PERSON.


idea of wording on card, please point out anything you see wrong, please also note i am fairly new to this and have found nothing about this on the net(yet)............. its just a thought........ i may be completly off the mark here, so please tell me if i am...... explaining where i am wrong would help me greatly

my idea behind this, that i can provide a form of id for my human self and i am stateing in writing that i do not enter into contract with the person requiring it......... i have provided them with proof of who i am and that i understand my rights under common law.

questions i have

well first off would this work, either with corrections or in the theroy? am i way off the mark with this?

can i do this without filling a claim of undertsanding and intent or anything like that, basicly as i live now, someone discovering there a real free-person but not having notified any legal fiction yet?
I am about a month away from sending in my claim of rights anyway, but would love to be able to have this........ if its any good.

will it actually offer me any form of protection/aid, will it help me explain to a policy man where im comming from in claiming my rights. rather than just starting off when they ask my name saying ' am i obliged to answer that' and getting there backs up........... i wish to act as a freeman and protecting those rights but without blinding the poorly informed policy officer or whoever with laws they havent heard of and agrivating the situation.

i might add i havent been stoped by the police etc for years and am a peacefull person who really should have no need for this, but would like to discuss its relavance or usefullness, if there is one.

this is my first post so please constructive answers pleaaaaase
