Judgement in Law

Postby holmfirthbobble » Sat Feb 12, 2011 9:00 pm

Hi
Just wondered if anybody could refer me to where I can read up on how to claim a `judgement in law' ? Is it something I would have to file paperwork for in Court? (Just resisting an order following 2 court appearances with freeman defences at Tameside Mags. Also got DVLA after licence for points!).
Any help much appreciated.Thanks

"A ruler who violates the law is illegitimate. He has no right to be obeyed. His commands are mere force and coercion. Rulers who act lawlessly, whose laws are unlawful, are mere criminals".

Holy Vehm, thank you for your post. Looked at all those and wondered if you could confirm whether `claiming a judgement in law' is same as a Summary Judgement Application? Also, is it possible to claim if you've been to 2 hearings (Magistrates & District Judge) and received an order (fine/points)?
Thanks again.
