My letter of claim of Lawful Rebellion to Buckingham Palace

I have just written this letter today, and am going to print it and post it to the queen (lower case deliberate, she is not my queen!!) Thoughts welcome...

Dear Sirs,


I am writing this letter following several correspondences myself and my fellow sovereign people of the United Kingdom have had with you regarding the corruption that is prevalent in the UK government. It has been asked of you, by said people, to stop the ever encroaching growth of this self-empowering dictatorial authority over the English people by a deceitful and malevolent system of governance that does not act on behalf of the people, but rather is trading as a for-profit business, utilising the “law” and all facets of society to control and enslave the nation of Britain, even implementing “Common Purpose” as a Trojan horse to allow British sovereignty to be covertly ruled by the EU, which along with the North American Union etc is a ploy by Banksters who are sympathetic of a One-World dictatorial government, also known as the New World Order, which is, in point of fact, the Old World Secret Order.

The monarchy’s power has been hijacked by this government and I therefore refuse to comply with their rules, as to do so would be an act of treason.

As it appears the requests of the people have been ignored, or at least have not been dealt with accordingly in the proper time that has been allowed by the people’s constitution, I therefore take this opportunity to courteously and respectfully inform you that I John, Dean of the Rose family, invoke Article 61 of the Magna Carta 1215. I invoke the indisputable power of the individual to claim a stance of Lawful Rebellion and henceforth will not comply with the rules of said government. As a human being, and a Freeman born on the land of England, I am bound solely under the mutual moral code of Common Law (the Law of the Land) and I am well within my rights whenever called upon in the future by the British Legal establishment to claim Common Law Jurisdiction, and that I am thus beyond repercussion for any alleged violation of Statutory Legality, as the Law of the Land is the only true Law, the peoples law, my law, and Statutes are the rules of the corrupt system of governance from which I henceforth am Lawfully Rebelling.

Haha good one, and maybe not far from the truth. God knows there are MANY who have found imprisonment and even death to be the price of freedom. The ultimate irony of life. You cant let threats and fear stand in your way of what you know in your heart to be true, otherwise, you have already lost.

I think this letter presents an unanswerable case. But the 'system' specialises in obfuscation. It would be a victory to even obtain a reply. The Magna Carta certainly needs some comment on by those administrating the 'system' but 'they' seem very reluctant to do so. And I think it's brilliant you are ultimately appealing to the Common Law of England. So, on these grounds alone I think you've made a brilliant case.

If you don't hear from them within a reasonable timeframe do you plan to write again ?

I don't think it's necessary, seeing as I've already made my point, and after all I dont need their approval, this is not a request it's a declaration!! A reply would be nice to have though as it would go some way to show the official view/stance on this. If I receive acknowledgement then I suppose that makes it accepted and lawfully binding. If I dont I might send another letter requesting confirmation of receipt of my first letter (which was sent recorded delivery.) It's one of those cases of watch this space...

Has anyone else sent a Lawful Rebellion letter, or a Claim of Right letter? It would be a great campaign if everyone in this forum did it together!!

I have yet to hear of anyone who has sent a letter to the Monarchy in Lawful Rebellion who has ever received a reply. There are numerous cases which have become famous simply because a person has written. And then the line goes awful quiet.

The way I see it, the Crown is in awful rebellion against the people. And always has been. They, the monarchy, should seek a pardon, a council house, and a job as a museum caretaker. For which we the people of this nation would gladly pay. I guarantee to reply favourably to any letter from the unlected dynasty which asks us nicely for these privileges.

I sent an affidavit and oath to the queen(do you call it a nouicor)a few months ago followed by a second confirmation after no reply.
It was based on John Harris's template on tpuc.org.
I got no replies to either!
