I'm hoping the lien thing is almost resolved now....then I can start writing bonds against all the security I'll hopefully have.

Lovely jubbly.

And if they don't pay you, send them a Winding-Up Notice.

Anyone can Wind Up a company for non payment of debts. Years ago one of my suppliers sent me a Winding Up Notice and I ignored it until his solicitor wrote to me. I called my solicitor and thanks to her, my company survived but it was a close run thing. I hadn't realised that in the world of commerce, such a simple notice can cripple a company.

Of course, you are going to need HMRC's Ltd company number.

I think the HMRC will get a Stat Demand giving them 21 days to settle or I'll start bankruptcy proceedings.

My Final Demand to HM Treasury, I will lien them and use it as Bond Security.

I have a Stat Demand out to Northridge Finance who have about 15 days left to respond to my Stat Demand, if they set it aside I will Lien them.

This is great stuff

HG I am going to follow this route myself, why not eh. Now I don't quite understand the lien and Statutory demand process though. Is there somewhere to look that up please?

Thanks

Thank you so much HG, think I will be doing a lot of this lol.

Am I right to believe that you can do all this without a Notary then and just have 2 or 3 friends sign your liens or Notices?

I also believe it is very important to have your 'security agreement' in place first. Is that correct? If so, can that also be signed by friends rather than a Notary?

Many thanks

Love to all

Hi HS

Self notarising with a couple of friends is possible, and having a notary acceptor for incoming documents seems the easiest way to go.

I haven't done a security agreement, it does look interesting though....as i have allodial title up here, and copyright protection, i'm not sure i need one but shall look closer at it...i have bookmarked it for future.

Hopefully this is the last step before commercial lien....rather than Stat Demand....and hopefully I have understood FMOTL Michaels process sufficently.

This goes out tomorrow.

It seems I may have made a bit of an arse with this and HMRC aren't the target.....so I shall abandon this claim....I don't believe it can be salvaged.

Will update if this changes.
