council tax summons

i have been summons to court for non payment of council tax, is there anyone who would be ale to come along with a view to documenting what takes place and possibly offering advice.

a rebuttal template is to be sent to the courts tomorrow, i will also be sending a notice to the council tax department of conditional agreement subject to proof of claim. i have had a look at a few of the posts regarding this and have made a post myself. i was\am considering trying the route of elizabeth beckett in which she says councils cannot take taxes for an organisation that cannot achieve an audit and that it is illegal under the Local Government Act 1972.

however i have not done a great deal of work on this, at the end of it all i am looking to say to the court they need to prove they have jurisdiction over me, after all i do no consent to their adjudication.

i know i'm ready but i will do my best.

not to worry, we do what we can, we use the tools available to each of us.
regardless of the outcome and if nothing else, i get my chance to let them know, i'm here, i'm not suddenly going to vanish, i'm not going to take this anymore.

I'm heading for trouble with my council tax now
I don't think they will agree to my 'offer of payment'
just because they can be bastards
need to be prepared for what's coming, have to get some letters printed in advance (?)
be prepared to act as attourney for the 'legal fictions' of me & the old ma
any help or advice to empowerment would be greatfully appreciated

here's a thought of something you can add to your attempt (?)

the LAW actually says it is illegal for you to contribute taxes if those taxes are then used
for nefarious purposes - ie you would be 'liable' because you paid your taxes
you can argue that the war in iraq & afghanistan is just such a nefarious purpose as it is illegal under
article 52 (I think) of the Nuremberg trials & subsequent laws

i guess it is a point of order and one i have (kinda) been looking at. at present though i'm working on the 'court must prove they have jurisdiction thing'.

the url below points to some of where i am up to and there is more to come after i make it through tomorrows attempted fiasco. right now i feel it's important to show the court i do not consent to their dishonourable non-sense. once done i can take on c tax department, with renewed vigour.

well, i have done my best in preparing for tomorrow, doing my best not to be nervous about it.
it is unfortunate that i have only now realised umpteen mistakes in the notices i have written, particularly dates, grammar ,spelling errors. gee whiz; ahh well.

I've only come across this...how did it go EM....your court date was the 23rd....are you locked up....on the slave ship to Aus....all of the above...hope all is well
