I wrote the previous just after leaving court and driving home
after time to consider, I do regret not saying that I wanted to common law jurisdiction
dropping my lawyer
as said it wasn't my lawyer but his dad
he raised his voice twice to me as though I was imbicilic and that I couldn't comprehend what he was saying
I could of course, but I wanted to make a point, and as this was in a private room I felt I should be able to do so
without being shouted at! lol
I fully comprehend that lawyers do work for the court now
I should have gone common law, I's spent two days reading/researching and a full day completing notes

I'm 42, never been in trouble with the law before, now I have a criminal record and I just feel ashamed
that I have let down my grandparents who fought in a war, 18 in '39 just old enough to sign up
I feel cowardly towards them because I let a lawyer rule over me because it suited him to do so and not to fight for me
well I have £315 pounds to pay off at a tenner a week to mull over it

I live in a society that introduces nazi policies without a care for what people have to say
ie restricting the public, removing rights
it is governed by a police force that ignores its solemn oath
and the truth is the fuckers in politics have been robbing us blind since day one
since the first elections

i can't take it any more
I wanted to do something effective to remove the injustices, everything that forms a kind of global greed
from the government down

is it true that according to common law jurisdiction we can bear arms to remove this kind of injustice?
we could force the police to bear there oath and nothing more via the courts
maybe I could be good as taking the police to court for breaking their oath and therefore breaking the law in recent demonstrations
(someone has decided to teach the police these wrong actions, they go on training courses)
civil disobedience with common law jurisdiction to back up

as a foot note I sent my solicitor my thanks:
(hey I've adopted the persona of a freeman)

In care of:
*********** *******
*********
***********
near : [**** ***.]
29.06.09

Messrs ****** ***** & Company,
Solicitors,
** ****** ******,
*********,
*** ***.

WITHOUT PREDJUDICE

Dear ****** : of the ***** family,

Thank you for your help in me keeping my licence & staying out of jail.

It was a pleasant enough experience with your father, save for the two times he raised his voice at me when he was explaining his Legalese.
Rather than being a “Ward of Court” & speaking in a private room, I thought I would have been able to express my opinion without being shouted down.
I must admit disappointment with your father’s comment that:
“You would have fought the case”
after having accepted responsibility in a charge of Assault, & a £315 fine.
Which, may I remind you, never happened.

I do feel that I should have gone with “I am making a "SPECIAL APPEARANCE” to establish “JURISDICTION... ” and gone with Common Law of the Land Jurisdiction.

Sincerely and without ill will, vexation or frivolity,
******: of the **** family
WITHOUT PREJUDICE, i.e. all Natural Inalienable Rights Reserved
Please address all future correspondence in the matter to a direct Human Self, namely ******: of the **** family, as commonly called.

If you're scared of 'them' poisoning 'us' with some shit then maybe you haven't noticed the shit they are already poisoning us with.

Welcome to the real world ! it is about time more people woke up to what is really going on around them and what has always gone on around them. It is time for change and that is what we intend to bring about!

IamallthatIam
sorry for being a little late
I will admit that I didn't want to believe, but (un)fortunately events have proved otherwise
I guess the first step in lawful civil disobedience with the aim of restoring what is right and should be
is to make a stand (still) and address what's wrong

Hey DNB

It's not until you witness it that it truly becomes real

It was then that real passion kicked in for me, and it probably will for you.

many thanks huntingross
I must admit to have taken to inciting people to rebellion:

"men & women fought, and died, for your rights & freedoms
will you really let them down by now not fighting for them again?

"LAWFUL Civil Rebellion" - against the taxation, the terms, the conditions, the policies & the statutes of the government, regardless of who occupies No. 10

...
Assert your FREEDOM
Assert your LAWFUL RIGHTS

stop being a SLAVE to their deception!
your lawful rights as a FREE BRITON are guaranteed by the Magna Carta 1215 & Common Law (of the Land) Jurisdiction!
