A Spider Drawing as 'payment'

Postby SoulWave » Tue Jun 09, 2009 9:57 pm

This I came accross and found hilarious. I thought my notices were funny but this chap (not a freeman as such, but an ideal candidate!) tried to pay his bill with a spider drawing...

Enjoy!

Yeah, one of the best things I've ever seen. Think we could go to town with this, I might pay my next bill, with an artists impression of a bemused horse!

Brilliant! What a shame they didn't accept the spider as payment, they could have sent back a web of receipt!

I've been thinking of a great idea based on this... I have crafted a Notice, along with my version of the 'spider drawing' to send to my Bank... I must admit, I was laughing at this til gone 1am this morning while lying in bed, and I laughed to myself throughout today at the idea I am about to present.

If I'm still feeling in a sufficiently 'silly mood' when the time comes, then it wouldn't suprise even me if I actually sent it this... :rotfl:

Oh Mark! That's f-ing BRILLIANT! At £50,000,000 it's a snip!

Let us know if they send it back to you. What you could do is to do what the Spiderman did, and auction it on eBay. He got £10,000 for his one.

Adds another dimension to "Laughing all the way to the bank".
