Greetings

Out of all the senses the human animal has (and there are many more than five) only one requires documentary evidence to prove it's existence and usage.

It's not his sense of touch. Nor his sense of sight, hearing, taste or smell.

It is his sense of lie......

Greetings

Just a thought or two on the settakays:

Cestui Que Use = (For) Those who would gain.

Cestui Que Vie = (For) Those who would claim.

The first is obviously about the beneficiary, the second (not so obvious), is about claimants to title/ownership, both the rightful (but absent) claimant and those who contend for it in his absence. Contrary to popular belief (guilty!) there is no mention of life.

'Je suis le resurrection en vie!'

Cheers

Never bothered meself, but you might be interested in researching why Henry 8th hated and tried to destroy the cestui que wotsit. And why after the 1707 Union with Scotland the Cestui Que Scotland Act was the first Act introduced in the brand spanking new and ever so shiny united kingdom.

It's still fucked, isn't it?
