Employer Tax deductions

Postby smoky » Mon Sep 30, 2013 10:42 am

Hello

I am currently seeking employment.

How do I go about stopping any potential employer deducting tax and national insurance contributions from my wages?

Ideally I would like to receive the full wage that I have worked for and be responsible for any deductions myself.

A Private contract, without the UK

And the Lord spake unto his people, he said "Get Off MY Bloody Land!"
And the people gave unto the Lord, freely they gave him The Finger

I have phoned for some job vacancies advertised through employment agencies. I have asked them if they can pay me the full wage I have worked for and I will be responsible for my own tax and n.i deductions. However all of them so far have said they cannot do this.

One agency employer has just emailed me saying they cannot let me be responsible for my own deductions as they don't have CIS facility.
