There isnt a Law that requires you to pay tax.
There are rules and regulations placed upon citizens of a society. Those citizens have voted for a system of taxation.

Im sure within the vastness that is statute one could find many rules obligating members of society to pay tax in its many forms.
"A ruler who violates the law is illegitimate. He has no right to be obeyed. His commands are mere force and coercion. Rulers who act lawlessly, whose laws are unlawful, are mere criminals".

It's not a Law it's an act or statute. Tax was introduced to cover the costs of war, and you can still hear in the house of commons the speaker is asked at the beginning of business "Are we still in conflict"? The reason for this is to justify collecting taxes. Remember they are referred to as "contributions" . :thinks:

only citizens/persons are obligated.

ie if you are an employee of the united kingdom
corporation.

you become an employee,by accepting a national/slave
insurance number.
If the machine of government is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then, I say, break the law.

My legal fiction has a national insurance number I did not ask for it and I most certainly do not work for the UK.

I am not an employee and I do not consent to taxes or statutes.

Where does that leave me when The Monarch’s Revenue Collectors (TMRC) come knocking?

It's an ancient law known in scotland as cosa sedso. Historically there were people with small sticks or no sticks at all who would ask why they had to work for the benefit of the people who had big sticks. The people with big sticks would reply "cosa sedso" and so the ancient law gained its name in scotland. It is such an ancient law that even the chimpanzees are aware of it and this is the reason why most monkeys harvest alot more plumsies than they actually eat and why some monkeys do no work at all other than wave sticks and state the chimpanzee equivalent of cosa sedso. Some will be confused by this. Some will think i am kidding. Others will know i am totally serious.

OK thanks. I have no idea what you are talking about and The Monarch’s Revenue Collectors (TMRC)/courts etc certainly wont entertain this ancient story...

For what its worth and for the avoidance of doubt, I work hard like everyone else in this country and I have never been on benefits.
.........................................................................................................................................................

So can anyone provide evidence of THE LAW that requires
flesh and blood human beings to pay tax in England?

I have to find as much information as I can regarding tax laws, but
can only find information on the STATUTES or ACTS that apply to the
PERSON or LEGAL FICTION, I cannot find a LAW that is applicable to
HUMAN BEINGS being justifiably taxed.

I understand that, by legal definition, statutes and acts are
defined as legislated rules of a SOCIETY which have been given the
force of law, but in themselves are NOT LAW, and;

A society is defined as a number of people joined BY MUTUAL CONSENT
to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal.

So in essence the STATUTES only apply to those who give consent
i.e., are a willing member of the society.

I am looking for the LAW that applies to those human beings that
have not mutually consented or have withdrawn their consent from a
particular society, i.e., those humans beings that are no longer
subject to the rules of that society.

So please provide evidence of the LAW (not the statute) which
states that all humans (NOT PERSONS) are obliged to pay tax
(including humans who are not willing consenting members of
society).

Please note, that if your response includes the word PERSON,
PERSONS OR INDIVIDUAL, you have failed to answer my request, as
persons are not flesh and blood humans, they are LEGAL FICTIONS and
the term INDIVIDUAL is defined as meaning a PERSON which is also
legal fiction NOT a human being , man or woman. Also, please do not
direct me to ACTS, STATUES, or LEGISLATIONS as these do not apply
to a Human being of flesh and blood who is in possession of an
Immortal Soul. So please take care when providing a suitable
response, I wish to know what LAW (not statute or act) obliges me,
a woman, or HOMO SAPIEN to pay tax.

Please provide also, a copy of the LAW which states a government may
prosecute a human being of flesh and blood in order to recover what
they term a debt.

Thanks Donkey
