Ignoring them (question about council tax)

Postby littletunealright » Sun Mar 18, 2012 8:26 pm

Having not paid the council tax bill for 12 months they now want me to fill in a form and i have not done. they say if i don't i will end up in court(to which i will not go.) i prefer them to come to me. i have already told them i'm not paying it all, and i will pay some community charge for i don't wish to not pay toward refuse collection and other things i think is fit to use.
but what i would like to know is, if i dont turn up to there place of business, and they send then baliffs round, and the baliffs dont get no joy from me (i have already decided i wont do any business with them whatsoever so they will just get ignored) what will then happen if they do return the warant? will they arrest me? or take it out of my allowance without my consent? just want to know upfront what i am up against.

thanks in advance.

Not going to court is a bad move. They will get you one way or another if you don't defend yourself.
I suggest u watch these:

Memorise as much as u can and take notes. Go to court and argue your case using what you have learned.

If you use the systems banks they have a back door into your account. If you use the systems addressing system they will break in and steal everything you have (england and wales only) bar your bed and your lavvy pan. A good defence is to give everything you have away to someone who will let you keep it for them and use it. You want some document signed by you and the party you give it to. If the document is less than a deed which is the ideal instrument then do a contract for sale of all your stuff to your friend for a pound. If you dont have a friend which is not abnormal at this level of disobeying our public servants consider organisations like the ichor trust which has been established for this kind of purpose. Good luck. Keep us informed.
