What an incredible story!! Thanks so much for sharing this, and the work you're doing. I'll certainly be keeping oan eye for more :)
A thought that occurred to me, with regards your FEE ... isn't a notary capable of issuing a judgement, that the sheriff would enforce? So you'd essentially get a judgement via common law against the maritime law offices.
