And another interesting fact is that if a policeman (con-stable-a stable CON) uses a statute law that contradicts his common law oath of office: i.e. causes harm or loss - then, ( as Robert Manard says in "Robs cunning plan-youtube" )he invalidates his oath, therefore the statute cannot apply as it breaches the original oath and therefore and thereafter invalidates it's legitimacy.

:rotfl: I LOVE logic! It really screws with TPTB's heads when you employ logic. Swine flu, statutes, money, terrorism, all cons! :rotfl:

Not a bad piece of logic there, Echelonic - nicely put, m8!

Hi EG, a 15 sec. browse on scroogle found this straight away - http://www.policensw.com/info/misc_gun/oath.html. It is in many other places too.

OATH OF OFFICE - POLICE OFFICER

I........................DO SWEAR - THAT - I WILL WELL AND TRULY SERVE - OUR SOVEREIGN LADY THE QUEEN - AS A POLICE OFFICER WITHOUT FAVOUR OR AFFECTION - MALICE OR ILL-WILL - UNTIL I AM LEGALLY DISCHARGED - THAT I WILL SEE AND CAUSE - HER MAJESTY'S PEACE TO BE KEPT AND PRESERVED - AND THAT - I WILL PREVENT TO THE BEST OF MY POWER - ALL OFFENCES AGAINST THAT PEACE - AND THAT - WHILE I CONTINUE TO BE A POLICE OFFICER - I WILL - TO THE BEST OF MY SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE - DISCHARGE ALL THE DUTIES THEREOF - FAITHFULLY - ACCORDING TO LAW.
SO HELP ME GOD.

Hope that helps

Hmmm, just like MPs - their allegiance is to our monarch (RULER), rather than to US - those poor saps who elect or interact with these organobots.

HER peace?

Tells you what is going on does it not? (hint: She is and always has been, in charge. The gov do as SHE says - who signed the EU treaty BEFORE anyone else in this country?)

In terms of the oath, it is my understanding that Her Majesty stands as a symbol for the people so swearing an oath to her is swearing an oath to the people.
