Well apologies for puttingyou guys onto what seems to be a bunch of shysters!

My notices (2 of them) have also been removed, althoug I did get screenshots of them before it was done.

I'm going to tackle the management of the company about this tomorrow - I have read the terms and conditions and don't recognise any contravention of their rules.

Sorry I got people's hopes up (including mine). Will report back tomorrow.

It's only by trying various things that we in the freeman movement have ever managed to learn anything, Freeman-B, you keep going mate.

It did sound the solution for the cheaper alternative to gazettes, but if it's not to be, don't worry, my friend. At least you've narrowed the field a little, eh?

Well done for trying anyway, dude.

I'm just looking into Commercial Liens, and it seems that in the states it is generally the County Clerk where you lodge a document for public record. So I'm trying to see if there's a way of lodging such a thing with the public records office, or if it can be done via a de facto court.

As far as I understand, commercial liens in the UK are handled by the coastguard (now isn't that interesting!)

Apparently, it's because, if a ship gets a lien against it, they're the only ones who can chain it to the dock.

Will check into this and let you know.

BTW still waiting for a response from the shysters - at least I got a screen shot of my notices posted, but not sure if that counts lol.

I put mine back up again, but it's been edited to make it meaningless they've entered meaningless characters to it
to make it invalid!!!

Just as well I checked.

I have re-edited it, it will be interesting to see what happens now. Will check from time to time.

An excellent link Jock....I'll be reading that again when I get home tonight....I love that it isn't tied into the legal system and operates under common law.
