I assume this is in connection with your NOUiCOR and in particular to the assertion that Italy is a bankrupt Corporation...??

I asked myself this question....whether the statement is true or false does it impact on my Claim of Right....my answer was NO, and therefore the statement is unimportant.

I'm not really into accounts and stuff like that, but if Italy has a fractional system like we all seem to, doesn't that imply more debt than credit, so doesn't that mean the answer to your question is Yes...?

Yes we share sample problems:central bank,more debt that credit,etc...but you know some people like see in order to believe
