I know some put: "I reserve all of my inalienable rights and waive none of them for any cause or reason" on correspondence now.

What about "I waive none of my commercial rights" in a contract dispute?

Your fine article about "Without Prejudice as well as law jurisdictions such as the United States, the U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, the term "without prejudice" is also used in the course".
