Hello there, i have a few questions for peoples input

I work for a building company and keep getting reminded that if the health and safety inspector comes on site and finds anything wrong,i personelly would get fined and me go to prison!!!!!(This is from my employer)

I understand that if my actions at work injure another human being then im accountable under common law,im cool with that.

But how can a corporation like the H.S.E have any say over my human being self, by threatening to fine me or have me in court for having an untidy site say?

The next one is if everyone were to dergister their vehicles,hand back their licences,dont pay road tax then how would you get insurance?

Just finding my feet here and learning all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the deal goes like this....the HSE would act on the 'capital' you, the legal fiction you....little you just got in the way.

Corporations act on corporations...the person gets dragged along for the ride.

I would love to see a site agent side step the HSE like that...I bet you wouldn't get any backing from HQ.

The insurance thing intrigues me too, there would have to be an Insurance (non registered) Company to deal with...check out the Irene Gravenhorst video, she was pulled over for no licence or insurance, and the copper ended up holding a $3billion dollar lien...she is also looking for a non registered bank...and makes reference to the ex Canadian PM and how he was doing things.

Insurance is a good question.

Menard is suggesting everyone pays into a fund and we have our own not for profit insurance co.

He also says the Freemens liability is unlimited. That teaches him to drive slow and with repect.

BUT me thinks the best of us can still bump into a Porche. I GUESS that you would send them a bunch of flowers, pay for car wash and wish them good luck claiming of THEIR own insurance. Afterv all if have a collision with an UN insured car (yours)...Two or three things may happen...

1. Their insurance pays ?
2. The old bill try to nick you for having no insurance. No huge deal ?

But maybe the insurance company would try to sue YOUR PERSON to recover the loss. Sounds soluble to me . what you think ?

At this moment in time im intrigued how the corporation/fictional name works,

Ive just completed a contract challenge with HSBC bank so i kinda understand the Banking/loan side of things,
Just waiting for someone to have a go at mortgages before i tackle that one!!!!!!!!!!and have some information to back their claims up for me to research

Im not planning of having a run in with the law or even go see a court room or judge but im very interested in the whole contract/dont contract with them thing,
What to say and what not to say.

Yes that is sometimes a problem.

I can assure you that at its heart it has nothing to do with financial gain and more to do with generating your own electricity and growing vegetables. Thats not to say that a family with a nice house and car would not be better off with an updated society. In our lives a huge percentage of the money we earn goes in interest, tax, duties etc etc IF one takes the time to "follow the money" it is found that far from paying for roads and hospitals etc it goes quickly into PRIVATE hands. It is stolen from us. I think thats becoming clear with the current banking crises is it not ? Does it look like something is very wrong with the financial system ?

Geeb, this money thing completely does your head in so don't expect to "twig" it over night. Be patient. It will be worth it I promise mate.

That's a good question, and I personally think many, many, more once the religious inplications and free loading matters have been properly dealt with, in other words once Common Law is fully understood, including "case president" the power, and responsbilities it brings to the table in living within a society that actually practices it correctly including the Police officers that are there to enforce it makes it very appealling, to me anyway.

By the way nice to have you on the board to put your point of view.

Yes, someone please explain those to me. When I see religion mixed into a mishmash of communism and anarchy I get worried.

so what your saying is that the banks and other financial institutes can do what they want?

If i break the law then i desreve to be punished,but if they do it thats ok is it?

If banks were upfront and tell you whats happening then its up to the individual to choose whether or not to accept,

But when it comes to light their being deceiptful well im having none of that.

Just as i would punish my child for lying or robbing summat from me or anyone else.

I pay my way like most people do more so than some in ££££££££ wise,my tax per month is quite scary, i dont agree with it but i pay it.

Im not talking about loopholes in a system im talking about facts about the system.

These people/government write the systems so why dont they seal it from any controversy or challengeabillty?

For 1 minute i would not believe you that you'd pay.

I for one am reluctant to look too far into the future but i can guess that they will be able to send you a waste water bill for every transaction that took place on your karzi!!!! with the exact weight of your deposit

if you squeese cheese in public then im sure youll be fined for either polluting the atmosphere or a breach of the peace!!!!!
