Due to my carelessness I am giving extra charges on my BT bills. So from this month I have made up my mind to first check my bill online and thereafter deposit it. But I am not aware how to check the bill online. I called BT customer service here
http://qwikfix.co.uk/bt-customer-services-contact-number/ and they told me step by step method which I am enumerating below:-
- Login to your BT account by clicking on the link
www.bt.com/mybt -You have to select “View your latest bill”.
-You will have an option to either view or download your current/ previous bills.
After following these steps I was successful to have a view on my online bill. Hope this time I may not pay late payment fee for depositing bills.
