Which might be a valid argument … except for little things like "facts" getting in the way.

(Yes … we DO have technical problems with the Website now and again. This IS being looked in to by the Web Host)

However, the next FACT is that the Board of Forums has been restored … as far as its information content is concerned. The only Posting I have deleted recently is a small one by the ex-Policyman, Hooplescat … because it was just plain silly, and rather childish.

Apart from that everything is intact … in all it's former "glory" … and there will - Veronica sincerely hopes - be additions to it as time goes on, and GENUINE researchers discover more an more.

This should kinda "negate" the rumours .. but probably won't. (Who cares? Not I).

Basically the measures taken were designed to hold true to the original intent: NOT TO DEGRADE THE WAY OTHER BOARDS DO. But to maintain some sort of 'standards' of GENUINE experiences (actually HELPFUL to others) and GENUINE research into "The Freeman Way".

Currently what is available sits as a Repository of what was known at the time, and hopefully those allowed full access are those who understand the fundamental intent, and treat the facilities accordingly. (And won’t be posting things like “A man who once rode a push-bike past John Harris’ house says that he knew someone in Scotland, who had a 101-year-old Aunt, who met a guy in a pub and suggested that John Harris had been paid”. That sort of thing is likely to be frowned upon because if you want ad hominems & hearsay, then the best place is in a Court de facto)

If that's the case, then Veronica will consider it all to have been worthwhile.

Should anyone feel the need to complain about this new policy, it should be borne in mind that we DO have an up & running Complaints Procedure … which currently has a 6-month backlog …but we would do our best to respond in the Statutorily-allotted time ... to decide that we have no case to answer.
