...and lo and behold the creator of the universe put a sign in the heavens so that the people of earth would know it was a special day, and on that day the sun was low upon the horizon and the people beheld and said to themselves that the creator must have meant it was a special day round about four days later when they should celebrate by going to the shops and being consumers for those unfortunate people consuming less than themselves. And they did make a santa and made up stories about elves and reindeer which they did feed carrots and did give santa tots of whisky as he travelled on his private conveyance delivering presents to all the children in the world. And lo it was a miracle that santa did drinketh of the whisky and had no tax disk on his open sleigh yet stoppeth he by policy enforcers neigh!
