Is delivering the UKcolumn to council offices a terrorist activity ?‏‏ :thinks:

Can you for the record state under what lawful authority Kent Police operates and if you follow without exception The Police Code of Conduct.

Dear Kent Police

Please provide the following under freedom of information:

Kent Police Authority Oaths – The Police Code of Conduct

Were the three Kent Police Officers badge numbers 12692, 12078,
10091 working according to the oaths they took as police constables
on the evening of 6th February 2012 when they stopped a Freelander
belonging to former Maidstone Borough Cllr Sheena:Williams (not a
public servant) outside Kent County Council County hall offices,
after her partner had delivered the independent newpaper the
UKColumn to Maidstone Borough Council offices.

( Having previously complained of alarm & distress at the hands of
plain clothed Kent Police Officers, who arrived unannounced at her
home and failed to provide any identification, after she had cause
to complain about Kent County Council children services)

What are the names and ranks of the 3 officers; initially a female
officer number12692 and male officer number 12078 and later in
attendance male officer number 10091

As Kent County Council has already admitted they operate under
their own authority.

BAck in the Soviet Union, the totalitarian state was very much terified of the word. They banned all kinds of newspapers, pamphlets, opinions and ideas.

Its a weak system that fears words. A strong system built on a correct world view would survive any verbal onslaught, because truth and right are very strong things. Say what you like about the truth, its still the truth. Ideas can't be allowed or disallowed, the are the products of situations, if situaion 1 (I'm a man) meets situation 2 (injustice) the product will be a thought (that was not fair) regardless of if its allowed or not. 2+2=4, you can't ban 4 being the answer.

Yes if it terrifies you its terrorism. The weak get scared very easily. The council, government, state etc may feel terror due to the truth but only because they are weak. And like the communist totalitarianism, they can't last long in their present form. (?)

Of course being relatively weak, like an Iraqi in the way of US tactical operations, and feeling terror, does not qualify one automatically for protection against terrorism. You need a system that leans your way in its judgements and protections.
And the Lord spake unto his people, he said "Get Off MY Bloody Land!"
And the people gave unto the Lord, freely they gave him The Finger

What a wonderful event in masonic maidstone if you wanted to watch the so-called judiciary working for the local authority.

The so called judge did a wonderful job of defending the council's agent and ignoring the facts.

Or as someone put it 'how to make something out of a load of old bollox' :police:
