Ahh! The usual 'fobbed 'em off' crap then Jaytee! These people could'nt give you a straight answer with a sprit level!

Personally, I think all these Government departments have been warned about 'Freeman' questions and as long as they show willing and plead ignorance they think they will get away with it. Try re-phrasing the question.

Graham Badman used to be the director of childrens services for Kent county council
and is also on the childrens protection board (chairman) for Haringey

what would an ex-headteacher know about home educating ???
