Government IS a person

The leverson inquiry has just heard an application by the government for what is known as core participant status.

Definition of person as defined by lord leverson.

A person is a person (human) or body corporate or 'other' entity.

The people who have applied for this are the prime minister, deputy prime minister, business and culture minister, chancellor of the exchequer (and a couple of others)
Rather than being called/known by their human names ie david cameron and so on they will be refereed to collectively as the 'government'.

The government has no single definition as set out in law, government is made up of persons, body corporates and 'other' entities and is not a single body or group so an individual such as a human (david cameron) cannot solely represent the government as a whole. Therefore government itself is a person and can be represented by a human so for instance mr cameron was/is acting for/on behalf of the government as a body corporate and not as an individual. Rather than all the people above being called as individuals, they can be represented as a whole (government) by one person (spokesperson)

The above sounds contradictory and confusing, lord leveson does not sum up to well.

By granting the above, lord leveson has granted the government person status and they should be represented as a whole and not as individuals as no one individual represents government or can speak on its behalf.

As core participants the government (as a collective) now has prior access to any and all relevant evidence.

And yet another new word in legalese is born with government now meaning a core group of people from the corporation who won the last competition to see who can convince the people that they govern themselves. Whats the legal word for marketing scam and is there a word in legalese to describe the people who rule a country?

CUNTS
If the machine of government is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then, I say, break the law.
