certified copy of birth record

Postby stevencbentley » Wed Dec 07, 2011 11:47 pm

I recently obtained a copy of my original birth record. This arrived with separate cover letter of authenticity which had been duly notarized with seal. Having procured such said document I am curious if anyone has suggestions with respect to what ends I might be able to use this document.

Hi,

Is that certified copy of birth record the same as a certificate of live birth? If it is could you tell me the process you went through to obtain it?
One reason I want one is to create my own passport as I intend to use the legal fiction as little as possible in the future.
Along the same lines, anyone know if it is possible to have a bank account which is not in the name of a fiction?

hi dreadlock.
they are not the same,as the birth record is the long
form record, and has more seals/mumbo jumbo on it.

the birth cert is `just,a certificate`not a record.

to get the longform, which by the way i dont have`
i think you have to write to philedelphia.u.s.a
`you will have to research the forum`on this

as for the bank account, try roger hayes `on this`

as for the passport,i think that is a no no.

the thing is you are trying to mix reality with fiction.

travel/money,are seen as benefits/priviliges of,and by
the system.
