I'm not saying there isn't the possibilty that there may be a correlation but I've never found it - it may only be for US/Canadian BC's. :puzz:

I'm still not sure about the Birth Cert thing and it certainly seems to be shrouded in clandestinity so who know's? :thinks:

I was looking at a death ceritifcate - and those have those numbers at the top that are on the BC - I dont think these numbers are anything more than a raffle number ticket number so they can identify the actual bit of paper from the other bits of paper. Although it would be interesting if someone has a birth and death ceritifcate for the same "person" and the numbers were the same.
