I have also came across SOME misleading and false information on you tube, with solicitors/LAWYERS working for the 'Law Society' with its own language called 'Legalese' giving advice to teenagers etal.

It has come to my attention that under Common Law and the declaration of Human Rights, the following monologue can be used to protect the rights you are born with, and that no one.... has the right to take away the rights you have. All feedack and rebuttles welcomed.

To whom it may concern.

"Hellow"...................................
I am bound by a society that only exists in 'Common Law Jurisdiction'.

I claim Common Law Jurisdiction.

"Have you witnessed me breach the peace ? , peace officer"

"Am I obliged to answer your questions ?"

"Am I obliged to carry identification ?"

"Am I obliged to give you my name ?"

"Am I free to go ?"

"Am I under arrest ?"

"Am I free to go ?"

"I do not Give My Consent !"

"I am a peaceful and non violent human being, you do not need any force , but note, I AM OPERATING UNDER DURESS AND PROTEST.

Whats the difference between Laws, Statutes and Acts ?

wait........for them to answer.

(if you do not even know the difference, you are negligent in your duties as a peace officer and is a chargable offence under your own Governing body, the Police Commission's by laws, Your own Acts and statutes, as well as the Common Law of this land which supercededs them all in Law; to which no one is above). Optional sentances for use at your own discretion ;-)

"I do not Give My Consent !"
To:
"I do not Give My Consent !"to Be touched !
"I do not Give My Consent !"For you to ask me any further questions !
"I do not Give My Consent !"To take my fingerprints or Photograph !
"I do not Give My Consent !"To take any body parts, fluids, breath, blood, hair or skin.

I do Not Consent to Contract for any services today, thank you.

1. What is the Crime ?
2. Who Makes the Claim ?
3. Who is the injured party ?.

For what reasons?

They admitted it hasn't caught any terrorists.

Genius...and wrong.

I love it when I'm told I'm wrong after quoting the authority themselves. If you have any inside knowledge, please, be my guest and let us all know.

I hope you will contribute constructively to the forum and not continue to just say thats "wrong"

Stop and search is the title of the thread, you could begin with your view of the recent ECHR judgement with regard to Section 44 Terrorism Act being deemed illegal. I trust you mean by "wrong" is that the Police WILL continue doing these stop and searches despite this being illegal now, and let's not forget, these types of searches are always unlawful.

The conversation goes something like this.
Excuse me sir Can we have a word, we are stopping you so we can search you - (or whatever they say)
Sorry? Are you a constable?
Yes I am
Great stuff, can I see your details?
- Well they have to show you
That’s great - Who is your superior?
Is this relevant to me stopping you. (whatever)
Yes it is I am just doing a background search on you. You see we are rightly told that terrorists quite often dress up in police uniform and stop people in the street to search them.
Where did you hear this, its nonsense.
Oh sorry it might have been that terrorists dress up in old men clothing and walk through town looking NORMAL. But then who in there right mind would walk through town looking suspicious.
I think you have an attitude and if you wish we can do this in the police station.
Okay, before you arrest me can I know what the charge is. Oh and before you answer that I think you aught to know I am the most obnoxious man in town. I am awkward, I have never taken to authority, I just LOVE to be ignorant and I make people do things they don't want to do - at every opportunity.
Do you want to do this here or in the station.
Look constable you are causing unrest and obstruction here and I can only ask that you state the act article 44 verbatim so I understand.
I don't have the whole act with me but I can show you down the station.
Oh so I am now being detained so you can show me the terrorist act 44. Is there a test at the end of it because I am a SLOOOOOW learner. I recon we have about 72 hours is that how long you can hold me - what’s for dinner tonight will there be anyone else in the cell - I might get lucky tonight 'IF you know what I mean'. I am really interested in getting to know all about what a terrorist is and HOW I might be one, What does one have to look like to be suspected Oh I have so many questions. I am eager to learn. Where’s your car Can I drive...

------------------------------------
I can be the most obnoxious person in the world. I am the MASTER.

Namaste, Phil:
I have no FEAR and I will bore them to death + I have the patience of a saint. Not a good combo in a police station but I am up for it.
