Common Law and a right to livlihood

Postby no_ta » Sat Jan 26, 2013 9:10 am

Hello to all freemen and Happy New Year

I have not been on the site for some time as I have been doing battle with 2 local authoriities, one of which has been a thorn in the side for 18 years.

Can any one help me with this one, a person has opened up a business right next door to me, and is deliberately trying to undermine my livlihood and steal our business, is there anything in common law which I could hit them with, in notice form or whatever.

Also is there any way of setting up local courts, peoples courts to adjudicate in matters like this, if nothing else it may bring some shame.

Forgot to mention the freemasons are involved.
