CPM - Rogers case comes to mind. They are already doing it and this is WHY we have to pursue the Hayes case with vigour.

For those of you who like to read fiction I could reccommend Franz Kafka's "The Trial" - which is absolutely apposite to this thread and the fears it generates.
Our hero in the novel is arrested and tried etc and has not the veriest of clues about what it is all about. Nor is he permitted to. Not a sausage.
A very scary story, and one which we all may face should the gangsters get their way with us.

It's still fucked, isn't it?
