Guidance on common law offence to defraud

This is the attorney generals guidance to courts in relation to the common law offence of conspiracy to defraud (im thinking banking)

"A ruler who violates the law is illegitimate. He has no right to be obeyed. His commands are mere force and coercion. Rulers who act lawlessly, whose laws are unlawful, are mere criminals".

This says it all really "Why Statue Offences are Inadequate"..does this mean they are useless? and if Statues do supersede Common Law why revert to Common Law if the Charges are too grave for Statue to cope with?.. :puzz: :thinks:

Could it be that statutes are not needed and Common Law already have it covered?...

I posted up last night a number of common law related pieces, all of them very interesting and in some way connected to each other.

Common law is defo not below statute, statutes are rules, nothing more nothing less. The ONLY reason they prevail is through force and force alone.

This particular piece provides an interesting view on how those in the law society try to misinterpret and abuse common law to suit their own 'law' statute.

If ever a time comes when the people take control of the country, the heads of the law society MUST stand trial and be held accountable for their actions.

There has been and still is a deliberate destruction of common law and replaced by statute rules to suit the agenda of the few over the many.
