If you don't believe you have committed a public order offence and you don't consent to the a police officer touching you,can they use force to make you comply?

Not according to the common law.

Although there's this to consider.

So you're under duress.

I have seen it written in law somewhere that,if you are under duress when arrested,it doesn't stand true in law.

Does anyone know where 'under duress' is written in law.

If a court has jurisdiction, should this be on the record?

Does "on the record" mean...everything that was said on the trial date must be recorded as evidence?

Good evening technique.
If you click on the banner at the top, of
this sites main page, and then links to the
latest information, you will find answers to questions, you
probably have not even thought of...yet.

It's called...due diligence.
Or...GOOGLE, knows everything, I'm told.

Sorry...technique, we can help you, but not... carry you.
kind regards.
