There is a difference between the scale of operations for a major feature film and an educational schools programme. As a result, HM Courts &Tribunals Service operates a sliding scale of charges for location filming.
As a general guide feature films could expect to pay around £3300 and TV dramas from £1500 per 12 hour day. Smaller projects can be negotiated depending on the requirements.

makes one wonder what these..`err,cough..cough`,smaller projects
could be. :giggle:

What do local authorities pay when they do their really convincing court dramas usually for an audience of one who doesn't realise they are a key actor in piece of fiction!

Maybe we should all chip in and hire the court and film a mock court case involving a Freeman and show the magistrates to be bumbling fools. A propaganda video to promote the Freeman movement. :giggle: What do you reckon?
