You'll probably find that as it is "their" street furniture they can use it for that purpose but you can't.

Make an FOI request, if you need help/advice PM me

Excuse my ignorance guy's but what is a NOUICOR and what is the purpose of such a document?
Is there a section on this forum that explains what it means, what it's uses are and how to use it?

NOUICOR is basically a document that you create, possibily from a template, that explains YOUR Notice of Understanding Intent and Claim of Right.

Here is an example:

You have to completely understand (stand under) your personal statement/s, state your intentions and claim your rights under your document.

Do I have to send off an affidavit before I send off an NOUICOR?

To: all.

Like Veronica, I just sent my notarised Nouricor to Home Office and Min. of Justice, all recorded delivery and kept all receipts.
Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent....... etc. on both. and left it at that. It must not be too complicated in my opinion, otherwise you wrap yourself up in quotes from this and that, references to this or that...... etc. and trip up the ropes that have wrapped themselves around you.

Everything is simple, don't make it complicated by your own actions. :puzz:

Mine have not been rebutted and that's all there is to it. Job done. :sun:
