Hello,

Is this My Truth?

To be used in conjunction with an affidavit or NUOICOR or instead of, or they are all one and the same?

Much love.

your truth is what you believe it to be, you are not the same as others, you are an individual, write your own truth if you wish to, what do you believe your rights are?

Yes I believe it is My Truth, Common Law as I see it.

My point if I can get it across cleary is that......is this essentially an affidavit, an oath, a NUOICOR, are they all the same thing?

They are all My Truths as I see it, but none of them can conflict with common law of the Magna Carta 1215, correct?

Much love.

OK, instead of Magna Carta, Common Law.

Is the Magna Carta 1215 not defined as Common Law, or is Common Law REALLY as plain as...

Not breach the peace;
Cause no-one else any harm;
Cause no-one else any loss;
Not use mischief in your promises and agreements.

it has been defined many ways by many different people. if common law is law then your own definition of common law will depend very much on what you class as law. for me anything that begins with inequality before it is not law but the pecking order of the jungle with delusions of grandeur. for this reason i do not see magna carta as law. as for your other definition, breach of the peace would need clarification before i could accept it since such peace can be considered to belong to a non equal queen whose status subsists due to the breaking of primordial peace amongst humans.

So what is your opinion of breach of the peace?
