This is a very similar document to yours Veronica although I did note the odd missing line. Yours to my memory had far more..artillery you might say..did you leave those lines in when you sent it?

This is a great video. Recommended viewing for anyone serious about what they are about to do.

You still had no objections to your NOUICOR V? :gasp:

The N.O.U.I.C.O.R appears to be most significant when used as the final notice of four.

1. Notice of Copyright agreement between Real Man/woman and STRAWMAN followed by:

2. UCC-1 Financial statement followed by:

3. Reclamation of Treasury Bond followed by:

4. Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right.

I'd like to hear from anyone who's found the UK version of the UCC-1.

Is a "UK" version important? The whole point is that it is "Uniform" ... which should mean 'the same wherever you go'.

(Otherwise it would be pointless ... wouldn't it?)

Noted, and agreed Veronica. Uniform means Uniform of course. However certain terms apply to individual American States and statutes which require to be substituted for UK statute equivalents, regarding the precise wording of registrars duty when making a record.

United States Codes 15 USC §1125, and 18 USC §3571 may need to be replaced for uk codes..it would appear and,

equivalent in uk law to Title 18 USC § 2071

I only want to have to do this once, hence my asking. It would be most advantagous to confer with anyone who's actually done this and been successful
