Well, I certainly agree with huntingross there. Send him such a notice requesting what specific objections he has, and to which understandings and why. That's what I would have done if anybody had bothered to raise any objections at all to mine within the time allowed, possibly even after that.

Yeah HR i agree, I would love to see his answer. If my NOUICOR receives anything similar, I was thinking of numbering each sentence and asking which number(s) is/are incorrect, like is the United Kingdom a common-law jurisdiction or not? And so on.

I think the Procurator fiscal didn't understand the NOUICOR

The Procurator Fiscal is still addressing Scotfree as Mr. and to make things worse the b*stard glued an onion to his letter! lol :giggle:

Indeed, he apparently rejects the claims made by you in respect of your obligations (or lack thereof) in relation to criminal law?

The last paragraph states that he would treat you the same as any other if you committed a criminal offence, I should hope so, but what will he do if you have contravened a statute? :puzz:
