Trust Fund Bank Accounts Are Dead

Lloyds will no longer be opening bank accounts for trust funds; no more cheque books will be issued for existing trust funds and no more cash cards either.

Hi musashi

Thanks for the heads-up, trust is a subject i'm trying to understand enough to protect my parents property.

Don't suppose you could recommend a good place to get good up to date info to supplement that which is posted here?

Cheers

I have said it before – all it takes is for one freeman to splash out five hundred quid and get a real trust set up. That one can then set up trusts for any number of others and recoup his outlay in no time.
A syndicate might also be set up where many contribute a little, everyone in it gets a trust, and many others could be charged a small fee to take part. Easy peasy.

Musashi.

ps. The philosoper psychologist in me suggests the following Wittgenstein comment:
"Don't look for the meaning of a thing - look for the use of it."

Of course, once you have the trust document in your hot little hands you may study it to your heart's content and, perhaps, find meaning.
It's still fucked, isn't it?
