No we did not.
He was marked down as he did not show where his research had come from. (Had i known that i would have printed off this thread)

Another homework he was set was,

What are the pros & cons of GM food?

His answer was there are no pro's.

When told by the indoctrination officer (teacher) that it helps to feed the poor and undeveloped countries he answered "if that is so then why do we have it, are we poor and undeveloped"
No answer was forth coming, just that he MUST show where his research is from.

I explained to him common purpose as most of what he is told is just that, to serve a common purpose. I have asked him to explore the meanings of these two words.

On a related note, when me and he were out doing the shopping it surprised me when he turned to me with a product in hand and said that the 'offer' was just a play on words, there was no offer if you took the time to read the promo label.
