How to de-rigester children

One problem I can see straight away is that the state remove these children to foster carers,
the parents & relatives have no way of knowing where they are, then transferred onto secret adopters;
exactly the same problem

Affidavits , claim of life, claims of right, all have to been pursued :8-):

hmm....

Is it hopeless, I'd like to think not. So defensive is a non-starter, given, they'd just ignore anything because they can.

So we need to go after them then, offensive action and we do have a stay of execution. I've been thinking on just what you said and had already come across this:

http://www.cafcass.gov.uk/publications/my_needs,_wishes_and_feelings.aspx

So if the worst happens we can still have a say in their care, this gives us valuable time to prepare. A court does NOT have to listen to the defendant, so you become the plaintiff by issuing a counterclaim on the court's jurisdiction, secret or not they will have to sort out a matter of jurisdiction. Now you ensure that ALL your brief is filed correctly, not with the clerk, but notarised and with a declaratory judgement, along with your sworn (pre-writen questions) deposition also notatised. These all need to be in the judges file or he does not 'see' your evidence.

The plaintiff is sovereign an he can declare the court to be a court of record (common-law), he can object AS HE WISHES, the judge can do what he likes, but once you get to your computer you look at your notes you took, along with your witness' records and strike out his orders. There are no statutes in a common law court.

it's getting back into the court , after they throw you out .....

In the mean-time: :shake: hopefully everyone will sign this

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to remove the family court and put all cases in normal courts with a jury.

Hi,

Can anyone answer this:

Are the secret family courts exempt from counter-claim, I found something to that effect in the district court rules. However it referenced no specific act or statute.
