Court Ruling Thursday! Urgent Help! :(

Postby Welsh Father 1 » Mon Sep 05, 2011 12:37 pm

Hello.

Sorry if this is the wrong place, kinda new and need help, albeit may be too late now, but still I may be able to halt, or slow the process before then.

Any help would be appreciated for any future appeals also.

Just had a 3 day hearing in the family court's against the local Authorities plans to force adopt my son on the grounds 'future likelihood of emotional harm' , where by I have NEVER caused any harm whatsoever to my son or ever been convicted of any crime.

During the hearing I asked the magistrates if they were under their oaths and they refused to respond, I asked them to confirm this 3 time's, they replied 'we refuse' on record 3 time's, my solicitor said it's good enough to 'assume' they are sworn in etc, I maintain a right to revoke that assumption.

They took a 50 minute recess and called 999!

I stood my ground with my legal team, (who later abandoned me), and I cross examined myself, after the police left!

What can I do/file now to stop their adoption order being forced through?

Desperate. :(

Dafydd.

They couldn't rule that day, so they will now rule Thursday, what can I do NOW?

god / nature granted you and the childs mother custody over the child. have they got a letter from the said god/nature saying there was some kind of mistake where it was infact the court who had jurisdiction to decide matters and not yourselves?

Some better details may prompt a better response Dafydd. For instance: How old is the boy?

How did it all get started etc. Details please

Hey Welsh Father1,

Tell me the whole story do not leave out anything
which would be a surprise.

I may be able to help. Once I know the facts.

Abandonment by your solicitor is also an issue we
will discuss and deal with. That is the easy part.

As for keeping your child it is not impossible and
will do my best once all facts as you present them
are known.

Finally anyone who may be able to help you may
not get to be able to speak in the courts. That
is not insurmountable.

Also where are you located?

PM me or call me. I will PM you my number.

What the hell type of answer is that?

It does no bring any help to the table.
Have some consideration for the
human beings involved.

Ridiculous platitudes are not what
they are asking for nor need.

I stand by my words on the subject
matter above.

What is there to be careful about? Just telling it as it is.
Perfectly reasonable question.

Let this thread continue without any more remarks to their ridiculousness nor not.
FreemanStephen is a valid member of this forum and his thoughts are valid.

There are many things stated that can contribute to the thoughts and continuance of a subject. In this case it is a valid point and not at all ridiculous nor is it a platitude as I see it.

I agree help is required and from previous posts and promises I believe idmalcom might be able to help although I haven't seen any concrete evidence of any yet, however I am interested in idmalcom's take on it.

This thread is in jeopardy of being hijacked. HR only stated what many might be thinking (as a MOD full right to passively interject), personally I was thinking the same thing.
Continue the posts and please stick to the subject.

Please do not respond to this,my post, in this thread, and I must advise that all responses to me personally will be dealt with by ALL the moderators and admin for this forum, so please be polite.
I point no fingers nor do I accuse just wish to get the tread back on track

Namaste, phil;
Don't be surprised to discover that luck favours those who are prepared
