Interestingly we had a very long chat with a guy called Rusty who incidentally we have seen on the birkenhead vid.

Anyhow he suggested that we should directly attack the council with a notice of default. As far as I could tell we write to them requesting any contract details and for a full disclosure which I assume they won't have. He then mentioned taking it to a Judicial review by putting them in dishonour due to there lack of detailed replies we are receiving.

I got a bit lost at this stage but he mentioned putting in a complaint also using the bill of exchange and outlining our demands. Does this make any sense?

I know I have only been studying this for a short while but I am sure if you point us in the right direction i can write this up.

Rusty has also asked me to try designing a logo for his website which I will take a crack at. He also mentioned he was starting up a law company to assist others.

Thats all for now - hopefully speak again soon.
