Hi i would like some help into my situation with the internet loan sharks known as Wonga, i recently took out a short term loan to pay off the rent on my house as i didn't have the cash at the time, i had full intention on paying it back on this date but problems arose with my finances and i am unable to pay off the loan, i have great confidence in the fact that i won't have to pay this loan off due to the fact that i actually haven't physically signed anything it was all over the internet. can anyone provide any amount of information it will be very much appreciated

is this a credit report within the Wonga company? or does it effect my general credit rating?

It effects your credit rating. And you may get a court hearing. Did you consider them 'Loan Sharks' when YOU wanted something from them?

I despise this 'I want something for nothing' attitude....
