Hi
Just wondered if anybody could refer me to where I can read up on how to claim a `judgement in law' ? Is it something I would have to file paperwork for in Court? (Just resisting an order following 2 court appearances with freeman defences at Tameside Mags. Also got DVLA after licence for points!).
Any help much appreciated.Thanks

Holy Vehm, thank you for your post. Looked at all those and wondered if you could confirm whether `claiming a judgement in law' is same as a Summary Judgement Application? Also, is it possible to claim if you've been to 2 hearings (Magistrates & District Judge) and received an order (fine/points)?
Thanks again.

Hi,just received a `Further steps notice' from the courts giving me 10 days to pay or be shot on sight!! Just wanting a steer from my last post ie. is Claiming a Judgement in Law' same as a `Summary Judgement Application'.
Should I just `Refuse for cause' / NCRTS' ? Any help appreciated,thanks.
