I also was subjected to unlawful search and seizure of my property. Suffered over two hours of lost earnings not to mention the indignity of being searched in a public street and any harm this may cause to my reputation.

The courts have already issued a punishment without trial previously in another situation where no crime had been committed.

Prior to that the MP where I used to live declined to represent me to parliament.

I have no remedy through the system. The police complaints procedure im advised causes more trouble than the trouble first initiated against you.

The IPCC are not independent.

What now. Tyranny, in my face again. Im guilty of nothing and the police agree yet there it is.

Wow, what a prime example of double think. They won't let you leave but they aren't detaining you. If it wasn't so serious it would be hilarious.

Ive been looking at the ochr website in regards to arbitrary detention. A long and complicated process which has taken years has determinned that detention means deprivation of liberty. The jury is still out about what the un meant when it used the word arbitrary.
