Harrassment Order

Looks like I was right, I have had a visit from the Police tonight, I just pretended I wasnt in, not sure how much longer can do this though since I'm sure they will come back or even visit me while Im at work. Does anyone know what my rights are regarding this, I think my ex wife has put or is trying to put a Harrassment Order on me?

After some searching on google etc, it seems someone has refused to accept a harassment warning and asked the police to arrest them, which they declined. http://www.crocels.info/news/290/south-wales-police-try-to-issue-harassment-warning-against-internet-trolling-expert/
