Yes ,so If the sentence is UNLAWFUL then escape IS OK

The answer is NO.
Escape is not okay no matter how illegal or unlawful the custody if the custody is by appointed police or other security forces. Escape would be an entirely separate charge, prison break, from the one which was used to hold you and one which could get you two years in jail even if proven innocent of the original charge. You need to read up.
