Corrections, amendments and notes for this Segment:
11-1: 'Authority' has to be extended to another ... before they have that authority. And Authority can be delegated.
11-2: 'Respect' has to be earned. And continually re-earned (e.g. "A pop-star is only as good as his last record").
11-3: 'Responsibility' cannot be 'delegated' ... responsibility can only ever be shared. If someone delegates 'authority' to someone else, they they retain the responsibility for choosing that person, and SHARE the responsibility for actions taken by that person.
11-4: "Obeying the orders issued by a Superior" makes that Superior an accomplice (in Law).
