... to get over this business of "Not being able to speak ... as a Lay Advocate".

I think most of these problems occur in the lowest of the low ... Maggots' Circuses.

In my experience the higher courts are not so frightened or Litigants-in-Person and Lay Advocates..

However ... what about the idea of claiming to be AN INTERPRETER? (Instead of a Lay Advocate?)

THERE IS NO WAY THEY CAN REFUSE AN INTERPRETER ... they fall over backwards to offer to find one for those whose "English" isn't sufficiently good.

Thoughts? Comments?
