In one of their (Hounslow Borough Council) letters, they write:
bla bla bla...we are bound by this act
[local gov finance act 1992]
(Due to my Mindset) My response is: "OK ... you (the writer of
their letter) might be bound by that Act ... because that's your
choice ... but I'm not".
It's all down to "Mindset".
Same last Monday ... in Derbyshire. "His rule" was that I couldn't
address that Maggots Circus/Star Chamber.
MY RULE ... was that I could.
So I did.
All we have to do is to paint them into a corner.
Which - when you discover how to do that - you realise that it was
obvious, all the time.
I said: "Do you want this matter resolved? Well, in that case,
you'll have to talk to me. It won't resolve unless you do".
